As a Food Runner at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. You’ll support the front-of-house team by resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant floor is always guest-ready.

Requirements:
  • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure all dishes are presented according to restaurant standards.
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.
  • Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
  • Weekend and evening availability preferred.
