FACULTY OF HEALTH STUDIES
Reporting to the Program Chair, or designate, an instructor carries out a range of activities that fall under a variety of categories: Course preparation, Course delivery, Supporting student success, Curriculum work, Professionalism, Professional Development, and College Service. Instructors are responsible for delivering high quality instruction in the courses that they have been assigned, fostering a positive learning environment, contributing to the academic success of students and a collaborative teaching team. Instructors are expected to demonstrate NorQuest's Qs in their daily work. Instructors may be required to teach during the day, evening or weekend depending on the teaching assignment. Delivery of content may per in-person, online or Hy-flex. Instructors may be required to provide lab, theory and clinical coverage as required to meet operational needs. Travel is required for clinical/practicum and some instances lab instruction.
