Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our evening shift team at Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Registered Nurse with our facility, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting wellness and independence among our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing treatment plans

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitor and report patient progress, ensuring timely and effective communication with families and healthcare teams

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive outcomes and patient satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of Arizona

  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - (or willing to obtain within the first 30 days of employment)
