Evening Endo Tech Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Develop and implement plans to maximize net sales of BIPI and co-promoted diabetes products
Conduct business with targeted healthcare providers, community hospitals, teaching hospitals, federal and military hospitals, managed healthcare facilities, group purchasing organizations, and integrated delivery networks
Influence healthcare professionals to support promoted diabetes products
Execute brand strategies and deliver company sales and marketing messages appropriately
Coordinate with co-promotion partners and BIPI employees
Complete pre-call plans, build customer discussions around needs, and conduct timely follow-up
Develop customer networks and maintain trusted customer relationships
Engage customers through personal and non-personal channels according to preferences
Discuss payer environments, co-pays, and formulary access; work with Managed Care Area Managers on MCO formulary support
Deliver the continuation-of-care model, including discharge protocols, treatment algorithms, and disease management
Analyze territory information and local market conditions to optimize business plans and customer calls
Allocate and monitor resources including samples, co-pay cards, speaker-program funds, and in-office meal funds
Identify and develop thought leaders, innovators, advocates, and trained speakers
Manage programs and budgets within standards
Collaborate with account, medical, and other customer-facing teams to meet customer needs and net sales objectives
Conduct business in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
Complete administrative responsibilities and sales training requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales and/or marketing experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, pharmacy, B2B, customer engagement services or equivalent
• Experience in diabetes therapeutic area preferred
• History of successful performance
• Meets expectations for the key competencies required for this role
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications
• Ability to travel, including possible overnight travel
• Should reside in territory geography or be willing to relocate; exceptions granted by senior sales leadership
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental vehicle
• Must pass state motor vehicle vision requirement
• Must be able to learn and retain complex material, pass product and disease-related knowledge tests, and deliver compliant content to physicians verbally
• At least 40 hours per week with morning and evening flexibility as necessary
• Ability to function in a self-directed work environment
• Proficiency in remote engagements via video conferencing platforms, video, phone, and digital media applications
• Must be eligible and authorized under all U.S. Export Laws to be employed by the Company and receive required technology
• Executive level: minimum of five (5) years of successful sales and/or marketing experience in the specified industries

Demonstrates expertise in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, particularly in diabetes products. Capable of building and maintaining customer relationships while executing brand strategies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
