Job description

Electrical Supervisor

Hudome 1

Who We Are

At Acoustical Sheetmetal Company (ASC), we're not your typical manufacturing company. We design and build custom power generation enclosures that support critical infrastructure across the country. Every day, our team creates products that keep businesses, hospitals, data centers, and communities running when power matters most.

We're growing, investing in our people, and looking for motivated leaderships…

The Role

We’re hiring an Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical department and teams.

This role brings together two things that matter most here: strong technical ability + real leadership experience.

You’ll be responsible for keeping equipment running, solving complex electrical and PLC issues, and leading a team of skilled technicians in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just fix problems—but can lead others through solving them, set direction, and keep things moving when production is on the line.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support a team of electrical maintenance technicians
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, motor control, and PLC‑related issues
  • Keep production equipment running through fast, effective response to downtime
  • Build strong preventive maintenance practices that reduce repeat issues
  • Set priorities for daily electrical work and team execution
  • Support equipment upgrades, installations, and improvement projects
  • Work closely with engineering and production to solve operational issues
  • Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA and NFPA standards
  • Coach and develop your team’s technical and problem‑solving skills
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of industrial electrical or controls experience
  • 3+ years leading or supervising maintenance or electrical teams
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of industrial electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting
  • Confidence working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lead people, set direction, and make decisions under pressure
  • Understanding of OSHA and NFPA 70E safety standards
  • A mix of technical skill and leadership mindset—you’re comfortable doing both
Why ASC
  • A leadership role where your decisions directly impact production
  • Opportunity to improve systems, not just maintain them
  • A skilled team that values experience and direction
  • A growing company where your work moves the needle
Stand Out…

Strong technical ability is important here—but leadership is what makes someone successful in this role. You’ll be guiding a team, setting expectations, and being the go‑to person when complex issues come up or when they don’t.
