Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Service Porter to support our dealership’s service department. The Service Porter is responsible for moving, parking, and organizing vehicles, as well as assisting with fueling and light cleaning duties. This position plays a key role in maintaining an efficient and customer-friendly service environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Move vehicles to and from service bays, lot locations, and delivery areas.

  • Refuel vehicles as needed and check fluid levels.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive and vehicle lot.

  • Assist with the coordination of vehicle flow in and out of service areas.

  • Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, battery jump-starts).

  • Deliver vehicles to customers or off-site locations when needed.

  • Assist service advisors and technicians as requested.

  • Ensure all vehicles are locked and keys are properly stored when not in use.

  • Follow all dealership and safety policies and procedures.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
