Solutions Business Analyst
Location: Torrance, CA

Position Summary
The Solutions Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between customers, Product Leadership, and Software Engineering. This role gathers and documents business requirements, translates customer needs into scalable software solutions, and partners with Python and React development teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
Work Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Pacific Time.
  • Two flexible evening collaboration sessions per week with the India-based engineering team as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
  • Document current and future-state workflows and business requirements.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams during Agile ceremonies.
  • Support QA, UAT, release planning, and production deployments.
  • Analyze APIs, integrations, data mapping, reporting, and workflow automation.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar experience.
  • Experience gathering requirements from customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience writing user stories and functional requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SaaS software experience.
  • Knowledge of Python, React, REST APIs, integrations, and Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with compliance, supplier management, procurement, ESG, risk, or vendor management platforms.
