Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Pacific Time.
- Two flexible evening collaboration sessions per week with the India-based engineering team as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
- Document current and future-state workflows and business requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams during Agile ceremonies.
- Support QA, UAT, release planning, and production deployments.
- Analyze APIs, integrations, data mapping, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar experience.
- Experience gathering requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Experience writing user stories and functional requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS software experience.
- Knowledge of Python, React, REST APIs, integrations, and Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
- Experience with compliance, supplier management, procurement, ESG, risk, or vendor management platforms.
