Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and strengths, allowing for individualized treatment planning.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, implementing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to craft individualized treatment plans that incorporate client-specific goals and interventions, consistently adapting to clients’ evolving needs.
• Offer crisis intervention support, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to ensure client well-being during emergencies.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, promoting community and support among clients while enhancing their coping skills.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. Our patients come to us seeking assistance with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and interpersonal challenges. Your role is essential in creating an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to work through their mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in assessing mental health conditions and developing effective treatment strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, exhibiting professionalism and respect for diverse perspectives.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or outpatient mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience with telehealth services and remote patient engagement strategies.
• Strong background in applying a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits
