Description
TRISTAR is seeking a highly motivated Computer Engineer III / Team Lead to lead a diverse technical team and support the engineering activities of the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Intelligence & Cyberspace Operations (EW ICO).
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership for a multidisciplinary engineering team.
  • Develop and maintain system architectures, interface definitions, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate software, DSP, RF, and systems engineering activities.
  • Support technical planning, integration, verification, and risk reduction activities.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between the contractor team and the government team.
  • Coordinate contractor participation in recurring technical meetings.
  • Assist with prioritization of engineering work and technical issue resolution.
  • Support cybersecurity and program protection planning activities.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and program stakeholders.
  • Analyze and decompose complex technical requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience developing and maintaining system architectures, interface definitions, and technical documentation.
  • Prior leadership experience in a relevant field.
  • Must already have or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security Plus certification prior to start date.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
