Executive Chef
We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the launch and ongoing coordination of our back-of-house operations, with a primary focus on establishing a new dinner service beginning this fall.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all back-of-house operations and coordination
- Design and implement the dinner service program from the ground up
- Develop the dinner menu and create a comprehensive recipe book
- Hire, train, and manage the evening line cook team
- Establish clear guidelines and standards for kitchen service and workflow
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and efficiency during service

Requirements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
- Strong menu development and recipe standardization skills
- Experience hiring and training kitchen staff
- Ability to establish and enforce service standards and back-of-house procedures
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a new service launch
