Bakery Manager - Evening (Bilingual required, English/Spanish)
Do you love cupcakes? Are you what we like to call a โ€œnatural born leader"? Then come on down and join our team! Cupcakinโ€™ Bake Shop is looking for leadership who love baking as much as we do!
Cupcakin' Bake Shop is a fun and collaborative work environment producing excellent products. We are looking for a passionate person who loves cupcakes and can scoop and bake cupcakes in a large-scale bakery operation. The Night Bake team is critical to the success of the shop overall! You scoop and bake every cupcake that is enjoyed by our customers the next day.
Your time will be divided into directing and supporting the night bake team associates, monitoring quality, and managing communications with the daytime staff and the culinary director. This role is great for someone who enjoys the repetitive and meditative motion of scooping cupcakes, a kitchen environment outside of the hustle-and-bustle hours, and takes pride in being part of making the best cupcakes in the Bay Area.

Schedule:
  • Night Bake team shift times are normally 5:30pm - 11:30pm.ย  Weekend availability is a must.
  • During our busiest times of year (such as Valentine's Day season), shift times can be between 4:00 pmย  - 12:00 am.
