Air Compressor Systems Service Specialist (Field)

- Have you worked on refrigerated and desiccant dryers and know how to keep them reliable?
- Can you install new equipment and tie in plant air piping with a professional finish?
- Do electrical controls, interlocks, and schematics feel like a language you speak?
- Are you comfortable traveling locally and taking on occasional evening/weekend work when customers need you most?
What you’ll tackle
- On-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of compressor makes and models.
- Service and upkeep of refrigerated and desiccant air dryers.
- Installation of compressors/dryers and integration of plant air piping.
- Electrical control diagnostics and corrective actions to restore uptime.
- Customer support, from PM recommendations to reliability upgrades.
What you bring to the team
- 3–5 years’ experience working with industrial compressors or related industrial equipment.
- Strong electrical control troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
- Refrigerant recovery certification.
- Solid grounding in pneumatic and hydraulic controls.
- Personal hand tools and electrical test meters.
- A professional, customer-first attitude.

- Building preventive maintenance programs

- Experience with 120/208/240/480V power
