HOME HEALTH RN - PRN
Location: Kingwood, Conroe, Spring, Humble, New Caney, Tomball, Magnolia, Montgomery
About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in our healthcare facility, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across various medical settings. Your primary objective will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to promote patient health and recovery. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care management, including direct patient care and education. This role demands vigilance in monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and advocating for patient needs to optimize health outcomes. Ultimately, your expertise will contribute significantly to enhancing patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being within our healthcare environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proven experience in medical/surgical nursing or a related clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing care principles, patient safety, and infection control.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) or Pediatric Nursing Certification.
  • Experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac care.
  • Previous experience working with nurse practitioners in a collaborative care environment.
  • Training or certification in wound care management.

Responsibilities:
