Job Summary:

Partners Dental Studio is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 3D Printing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our advanced 3D printing equipment with both metal and resin printers. This role requires a blend of technical skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to ensure the highest quality dental products for our clients.


Hours: Regular Business Hours, Monday - Friday


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain metal and resin 3D printing equipment, including Trumpf, Carbon and HeyGears printers
  • Utilize nesting software to optimize print layouts and material usage
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment
  • Inspect printed parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Handle materials and products, including lifting up to 15lbs throughout the shift

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with 3D printing - in both metal and resin printing or additive manufacturing
  • Familiarity with nesting software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
