Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

NEW Wages: $22.77–$29.30/HR (based on certified experience)

Location: Green Valley Rehabilitation Center (Eugene, OR)

Available Schedule: Part-Time

Day Shift CNA:

  • PT: Saturday, Tuesday and Friday
  • PT: Sunday, Friday and Saturday
  • PT: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
  • PT: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

Eve Shift CNA:

  • PT: Sunday, Monday and Wednesday
  • PT: Monday, Wednesday and Sunday

NOC Shift CNA:

  • PT: Sunday, Thursday and Saturday

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
  • Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
  • Follow care plans and document vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
  • Maintain clean and organized resident rooms
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Active CNA certification in good standing with the state
  • Recent education or completed clinical hours
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions
