Job description

Bravo Recruiting Solutions Corp. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. CNA's provide essential care to patients in various healthcare settings including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home health care.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitoring and recording vital signs

- Providing basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse

- Assisting with mobility and transportation of patients

- Keeping accurate and detailed records of patient care

- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients

- Assisting with medical procedures and treatments as needed

- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care

Qualifications:

- Current license or certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Vermont

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients

- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

- Physical stamina to lift and move patients as needed

- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
