Job description

Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. Job Summary: 

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team in either a contractor, part-time or full-time capacity to help us provide diagnostic services for autism, evaluating children ages 18 months to 4.5 years.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for children with autism
  • Develop treatment plans for children with autism
  • Work collaboratively with our team of psychologists, behavioral therapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families of children with autism
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments relevant to children with autism

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD or PsyD required
  • 5+ years experience providing services with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Experience with conducting psychological assessments on children, especially ages 18 months to 4.5 years using key diagnostic instruments (ADOS-2, CARS-2, Vineland-3, etc.) 
  • Family support and/or family therapy experience desired
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy
  • Experience with navigating school IEP processes
  • Willingness to travel to different local center locations
  • Strong and fluid writing competence
  • Desire for professional growth and career advancement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

  • 1099 contractors are paid on a per billable hour basis
