What is an evaluation associate?

Evaluation Associates are professionals who support the assessment and measurement of programs, projects, or policies to determine their effectiveness and impact. They typically collect and analyze data, design evaluation tools, and help prepare reports to inform decision-making. Working closely with program managers and stakeholders, Evaluation Associates ensure that evaluations are methodologically sound and aligned with organizational goals.
