Job description

Job Title- Product Marketing Manager (PMM) – Fleet & EV (Merchant Focused)

Project Location – Remote

Duration- 12+ months contract

Visa- USC/ GC

Description: This Product Marketing Manager role supports Fleet and EV solutions with a newly expanded focus on merchant growth. The PMM will position and message fleet and EV capabilities to attract and enable merchants, translating technical platform features into clear business value for sales teams and customers. While the core Fleet and EV skillset remains the same, success in this role depends on strong sales enablement and market-facing storytelling rather than pure EV expansion.
Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities: 

  • Develop positioning and messaging for fleet and EV solutions with an emphasis on merchant acquisition
  • Translate technical capabilities such as charging integrations and route optimization into customer and merchant benefits
    Create sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, and sales playbooks
  • Partner closely with sales and product teams to support merchant-focused go-to-market efforts
  • Conduct customer interviews and win/loss analysis to refine messaging and strategy
    Track market trends related to fleet, EV, and merchant adoption

Top/Must have skills: 

  • Sales enablement experience
  • Product positioning and messaging for Fleet and EV solutions
  • Ability to translate technical features into business and customer value
  • Experience building sales collateral such as decks, battlecards, and playbooks
  • Customer research including interviews and win/loss analysis
  • Previous Fleet industry experience is required?
