Euromotive Performance is looking for a professional, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Pompano Beach.


We are a high-level independent European repair shop specializing in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Bentley, and other luxury brands. We are not looking for an order-taker. We want someone who knows how to build trust, communicate clearly, sell needed services honestly, and create an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

What you’ll do:

  • Greet customers and deliver a high-end service experience
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
  • Communicate with technicians to understand vehicle issues and repair needs
  • Present estimates and recommendations in a confident, honest, and professional way
  • Follow up on declined work, pending approvals, and completed repairs
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
  • Help drive sales while maintaining trust and long-term relationships
  • Ensure every customer leaves feeling taken care of

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as an automotive service advisor, service writer, or similar customer-facing automotive role, Collision Advisor.
  • Strong sales ability without being pushy
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Comfortable working with European and luxury vehicle clients
  • Able to build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections
  • Experience with shop management software/CRM is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required

Qualifications:
  • Experience as an automotive service advisor, service writer, or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and technicians
