European Automotive Technician (A-Level) | $100K-$120K+

Euro Service Automotive in Warrenton, VA is growing and looking to add two skilled technicians to our team. We're a busy, established European specialty shop booked approximately 2.5 weeks out, with a strong reputation, modern equipment, and a culture built around teamwork, training, and respect.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair European vehicles
  • Perform inspections and digital vehicle inspections
  • Handle drivability, electrical, maintenance, and repair work
  • Use advanced diagnostic equipment and OEM software
  • Recommend repairs and services based on vehicle needs
  • Work closely with service advisors and shop leadership
  • Deliver quality repairs the first time

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience preferred
  • Strong European vehicle experience required
  • A-Level technician
  • Strong B-Level technicians with European experience will be considered
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
  • ASE certifications are a plus but not required
  • Virginia State Safety Inspector license is a plus but not required

Compensation

  • $44-$50/hr flat rate
  • Flexible pay plans available, including potential salary plus bonus options
  • Expected earnings of $100,000-$120,000+ annually for productive technicians
