About the Job:
The A-Level European Technician is responsible for performing high-level diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. This role requires advanced technical expertise, precision, and the ability to train and support junior technicians.
Job Title: European Technician A-Level (Diagnostic).
Reports To: Service Manager / General Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced diagnostic testing on engines, drivetrains, electrical systems, and emissions.
  • Troubleshoot drivability, performance, and electrical issues using OEM-level tools.
  • Complete high-level repairs and verify repair accuracy through test drives.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communicate findings clearly.
  • Mentor B- and C-level technicians to improve diagnostic and repair efficiency.
  • Stay current with new vehicle technology, diagnostic tools, and training.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of automotive technician experience with diagnostic expertise.
  • ASE Master Technician certification (preferred).
  • Advanced drivability and electrical system knowledge.
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and use OEM-level tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
