Position will also require work with customer systems, both remote and onsite including traveling to clients location for software installation and maintenance. IT Support Technician Duties and Responsibilities Maintain, monitor and support all aspects of networks, systems and infrastructure with emphasis in: - VMWare vSphere infrastructure - NAS/SAN storage - Asterisk PBX and SIP devices - Routers and firewalls - Network cabling - Microsoft Exchange - LDAP, DNS, DHCP, SQL - Mobile devices - Third-party hardware and software Provide help desk support for internal users

Register and process support tickets. Work with external vendors resolving product issues Install Vega and third-party products internally and at customer sites Training and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with at least three years of relevant work experience. Job Skills, Experience, and Specifications Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, UNIX Virtualization: VMWare vSphere and Workstation Network: routers, switches, firewalls, and network protocols Scripting: Java, PHP, SQL, Perl, .NET Other: Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server Requirements Must be available during non-business hours and weekends for emergency support

Must reside in Orange County, CA. Work will primarily be from Vega office, however, a combination of office and remote work will be acceptable. Travel required both domestically and internationally When applying specify salary requirements References required Ability to meet federal security clearance requirements is highly desirable; Secret or above.
