Clinical Training Specialist Europe

The Clinical Training Specialist Europe delivers hands-on training on the DEXTER Robotic Surgical System to surgeons, nurses, and reprocessing technicians across European healthcare institutions. The role covers training delivery, onboarding and certification of new Clinical Sales Specialists, training centre management, and ongoing stakeholder engagement, ensuring consistent, high-quality training and DEXTER case support across diverse European markets.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct training sessions for surgeons, nurses, and reprocessing technicians in dry lab, wet lab, and on-site settings across European healthcare institutions.

• Deliver training using various modalities (porcine, cadaveric, inanimate, simulation, etc.).

• Upon VP of Clinical Training approval, customize training materials and methods to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders and regional requirements.

2. Onboarding and Certification

• Deliver internal training programmes to onboard and certify new Clinical Sales Specialists across European territories.

• Oversee the certification process, assessing and evaluating trainees' performance to ensure readiness for customer-facing roles.

• Additional training certifications for internal stakeholders may be included as necessary to adjust to current commercial needs.

3. Training Centre Management

• Manage relationships with European training centre owners and internal and external stakeholders, including stock management, logistics, and equipment maintenance.

• Support the development and continuous improvement of European training infrastructure.

4. Refresher & Continuous Training

• Plan and execute refresher training programmes to ensure that stakeholders' knowledge and skills remain current.

• Perform continuous training to ensure all stakeholders have optimal skills and knowledge.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand training requirements and align delivery with company goals across European markets.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Navigate diverse cultural and institutional environments across European countries effectively.

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance assessments in compliance with applicable European regulatory standards.

• Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and provide insights for improvements.

7. DEXTER Case Support

• Obtain necessary vendor credentialing to access operating rooms in hospitals and surgical centres across Europe.

Provide technical support on the DEXTER Robot to surgeons during procedures when necessary
