FCP Euro is seeking an experienced and driven IT Helpdesk Administrator II to support our fulfillment center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the critical technology systems that power our fulfillment functions, including our network infrastructure, endpoints, sortation systems, and software.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for fulfillment center hardware including Zebra scanners, windows endpoints, network infrastructure and sortation systems. 
  • Manage large scale wireless infrastructure ensuring optimal performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Work closely with local and remote IT teams, as well as operations management to deliver high-quality solutions to meet business needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through timely, solutions-oriented support.
  • Lead or participate in projects related to technology rollouts, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Manage hardware/software procurement and inventory across the fulfillment center. Ensure accurate documentation and asset lifecycle tracking to maintain operational readiness.
  • Manage and support Active Directory, Google Workspace and other key systems.
  • Participate in 24/7 on call rotation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 4+ years of IT experience supporting a fast-paced operational or warehouse environment
  • IT Certifications (CompTia A+/Net+/etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Zebra scanners/printers and mobile device management (MDM)
    • Wireless network configuration and troubleshooting in large facilities
    • Managing Windows devices in an enterprise setting
    • Active Directory and Google Workspace administration
    • Video conferencing systems
    • Data cabling and computer facilities maintenance
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Experience leading small IT team is a plus

Compensation 
This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $69,300 - $80,000 annually.
