Job Summary: Supporting warehouse operations, customer service, and delivery activities while providing a positive customer experience.

  • Pull, package, assemble, and stage orders accurately
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and properly store incoming materials
  • Label and mark products for shipment or customer pick-up
  • Maintain accurate receiving records, freight bills, and documentation
  • Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard
  • Learn and understand warehouse layout, bin locations, and stocked products
  • Assist customers at the counter by entering orders, pricing, and preparing orders for pick-up
  • Support customer needs by transferring non-stock items when necessary
  • Delivery & Driving (Backup as Needed)
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely
  • Complete deliveries promptly and professionally when assigned
  • Communicate delivery updates or issues to the supervisor
  • Perform scheduled daily vehicle fluid checks when driving
  • Report vehicle defects and track scheduled maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
  • Secure all loads properly
  • Follow all safety procedures and work safely

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Basic adding, subtracting and division skills.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Computer skills and or computer literate.
  • Must have valid commercial driver’s license and DOT medical certificate.
  • Ability to read and follow maps.
  • Possess certificate or have ability to successfully complete powered industrial equipment operator’s exam.
  • Maintain professional image as a representative of the company.
  • Must possess Plumbing/Waterworks knowledge with an understanding of product application.


Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Background in Plumbing/Waterworks industry is desirable.
  • Must have insurance acceptable driving record.


Certifications and/or Licenses: Valid chauffeurs license and acceptable driving record.
