Role and responsibilities:
Join a team delivering high-quality ETL and data-integration solutions to support Process Intelligence initiatives. You will design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data models that feed process-mining platforms. Celonis and Celonis Platform Administration knowledge is optional - candidates with strong SQL/PL-SQL, ETL, data modeling and integration skills are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities:
Lead design, development, and implementation of ETL processes and data models to integrate source data into a Process Intelligence platform (e.g., Celonis).
Participate in analysis sessions and work with data analysts to document data mappings and ETL requirements.
Build reliable, secure connections to source systems (JDBC, Kafka, APIs) and validate data ingestion.
Implement and optimize ETL pipelines for performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Design and implement audits and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and correctness from application platforms to the process-mining environment.
Provide operational support for production ETL jobs; troubleshoot failures and performance issues.
Define and enforce governance, access control, and best practices for process data and ETL artifacts.
Collaborate with business, PM, BA, and infrastructure teams to enable continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
Support Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
