What does an ethics manager do?

An Ethics Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a company's code of ethics and compliance programs. They ensure that employees understand and follow ethical guidelines, investigate ethical concerns or violations, and provide guidance on ethical dilemmas. Ethics Managers also conduct training sessions, monitor regulatory changes, and help cultivate a culture of integrity within the organization.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an ethics manager?

To thrive as an Ethics Manager, you need a solid background in compliance, business ethics, and regulatory frameworks, typically supported by a degree in law, business, or a related field.
