About the Role
In addition to enabling AI Governance through Credo AI's global, market leading Platform, our team of AI Governance Advisors offer a transformative experience for current and aspiring AI governance leaders by providing them with in-depth knowledge and hands-on engagement in AI risk management, governance, and compliance. Our AI Experts conceptualize, build, and deliver best-in-class training for Enterprise AI Governance (such as our AI Governance Academy), personalized Risk Assessments, and practical tools and framework to help organizations implement responsible AI practices. No matter their stage of AI Governance maturity - from organizations who are just beginning to build organizational awareness, to those who are ready to fine tune their governance strategies and drive measurable value - our team can meet customers on their journey of advancing the use of responsible AI. We are currently hiring an AI Governance Advisor to join the team and be part of building and running our advisory business unit, having the opportunity to shape AI Governance across the global ecosystem and making true impact on the world.
You might be a good fit if you have:
  • An academic foundation in ethical AI principles with practical experience in applying these principles within a business context.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex socio-technical and ethical AI issues in a clear and understandable manner. This is a customer facing role where you will be interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the globe.
  • Demonstrated program or curriculum development experience, with a focus on content creation to be able to build best-in-class training resources such as webinars and workshops.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding to be able to understand business processes and how AI and AI Governance delivers value. Having worked in an enterprise context is preferred.
  • Technical expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and/or LLMs is preferred such that you are knowledgeable about how to develop and deploy AI and GenAI in an enterprise environment and understand its impact.

As an AI Governance Advisor at Credo AI, you will be responsible for:
  • Building & delivering customizedAI Governance training sessions and workshops to a broad audience, from technical teams to c-level executives. You will be expected to roll-up your sleeves to engage in the full-lifecycle of content creation through delivery.
  • Supporting customers in defining their AI governance roadmap and workflow(s) using guidance based on industry best practices and standard AI governance frameworks.
  • Managing customer engagements including gathering requirements, identifying milestones, managing project timelines, and iterating based on customer feedback.
  • Defining future programs and initiatives that Credo AI can develop to best support customers in their AI Governance journey amidst the rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Collaborating across all Credo AI functions to source and share AI Governance knowledge.
  • Representing Credo AI as the global market leader on AI Governance at industry events and in webinars, podcasts, panels, and forums in order to reinforce our position as leaders in responsible AI.

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $160,000-$180,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the specified location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Location & Remote Culture
While this is a remote role and we're a fully distributed team, we routinely meet up in-person. We support individual members to coordinate in-person coworking whenever possible, and organize company-wide offsites multiple times a year.
