• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to understand clients' strengths and areas of need, forming the basis for individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate modalities to address diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and addiction specialists, to coordinate holistic care that aligns with clients' overall wellness goals.
• Advocate on behalf of clients, ensuring they have access to necessary community resources and support systems that bolster their recovery efforts.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with state and agency regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities to refine clinical skills.

Your primary focus will be individuals undergoing detoxification and those dealing with co-occurring mental health conditions. You will provide tailored therapeutic support to diverse populations, including adults from various backgrounds. Sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of the impact of trauma on mental health will be essential in delivering compassionate care.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, specifically in settings relevant to mental health and substance use.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective, client-centered treatment plans.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and foster trusting relationships with clients from various demographics.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, and the principles of social justice in your work.

• Experience in detoxification or addiction recovery settings is highly beneficial.
• Certifications in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote service delivery.
