• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify students' strengths and needs, ensuring accurate diagnoses and appropriate treatment pathways.

Your primary focus will be on students ranging from elementary through high school, who may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Engaging with diverse populations, you will be tasked with providing culturally competent care that recognizes and respects their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services is essential.
• Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing customized treatment plans is necessary.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
