BMW of Riverside is looking to add a Collision Estimator (DRP Experience Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Collision Estimator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to expand their career with advanced certifications and manufacturer training.

As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for writing accurate repair estimates, communicating with insurance partners, and ensuring a seamless repair process from start to finish. Experience with DRP programsโ€”especially Mercuryโ€”is highly preferred.

  • Write and manage repair estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell. 
  • Work directly with insurance companies, including DRP partners.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and production staff.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to OEM repair procedures.
  • Manage supplements and negotiate with adjusters as needed.

  • Previous collision estimating experience required.
  • Mercury DRP experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CCC ONE or similar estimating software.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality repairs.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Excellent communication, Negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Must be able to work well in a process driven environment.
  • Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
