Job description

We’re partnered with a well-established commercial drywall contractor seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team. This company is known for tackling large-scale metal stud framing and drywall projects across healthcare, education, retail, and office sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes

  • Use OST and Quick Bid to prepare accurate bids

  • Collaborate with GCs, PMs, and internal teams on proposals

  • Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of commercial estimating experience in drywall/framing

  • Proficiency in OST and Quick Bid

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience with jobs $1M+ preferred
