Waterworks Estimator / Asst Project Manager
 
 Skills and Requirements: 

·         A minimum of 3 years as a steel estimator - PLEASE ... DO NOT APPLY if you are NOT knowledgeable an Estimator with metalwork experience in mechanical/waterworks, commercial or miscellaneous steel, cad experience is required.  Primary activities estimating for waterworks wholesale supplier and Civil Drawings.
·         Primary activities estimating for waterworks wholesale supplier.
·         Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives;  Excellent presentation and communication skills.
·         Knowledge of Waterworks Estimating - Analyze construction plans, specifications, and other project documents to determine materials required. Use of TEKLA Software is a “plus”.
·         Detailing Experience is a plus,  Working knowledge of Excel, Ability to read blueprints (Required)
·         Strong problem-solving abilities.
·         In House – No remote working
·         Excellent presentation and communication skills.
