This position is located in Tomball, TX - This is a full time permanent position with benefits.

Our client is growing! We are currently looking for an experience Estimating Assistant to add to the team!! The right candidate will need to be multi-faceted and flexible, able to handle multiple tasks and have excellent organizational skills. This position is with a fast growing construction company in the Tomball area.

Good communication, excellent attendance and attention to detail is extremely important.

Professional, detail oriented and strong interpersonal skill a must!

Job Type: Full-time

  • 100% office work, 8-5 M-F
  • Assist with downloading plans
  • Make copies and print plans
  • Organize plans on shared server
  • Upload information within JobNimbus for new jobs
  • Assist with the New Start process
  • Help manage open ad hoc estimating requests
  • Other projects as needed
  • Good communication skills
  • Work within the Inside Operations team
  • Work as liaison between Estimating and Operations
  • Print building and plot plans
