We are seeking a talented, motivated, and service-driven Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, confident recommending treatment plans and professional products, and committed to building long-term relationships with patients.

Position Overview

The Licensed Medical Esthetician will provide customized skincare treatments, educate patients, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and support the continued growth of our aesthetics department.

This is not simply a treatment-room position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the patient journey—from the initial consultation through treatment, rebooking, home-care recommendations, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments within the scope of your Florida license and practice protocols
• Conduct thorough consultations and evaluate each patient’s skincare needs, concerns, and goals
• Develop customized treatment plans that may include facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and other approved services
• Educate patients on appropriate skincare products, treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products based on each patient’s individual needs
• Consistently rebook patients and encourage appropriate treatment packages, memberships, and maintenance plans
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships that promote retention and referrals
• Take clear and consistent before-and-after photographs
• Document consultations, treatments, recommendations, and follow-up instructions accurately in the patient chart
• Follow up with patients after treatments and assist with questions or concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and treatment-ready workspace
• Follow all sanitation, infection-control, safety, privacy, and practice protocols
• Assist with inventory monitoring and communicate product or supply needs
• Stay current on skincare products, treatment techniques, industry developments, and practice offerings
• Participate in continuing education, training sessions, team meetings, promotional events, and content creation
• Collaborate with injectors, medical providers, patient coordinators, and leadership to provide a seamless patient experience
• Work toward established performance goals for production, retail sales, rebooking, patient retention, and reviews

Qualifications

• Current and active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or other applicable esthetics license
• Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic practice preferred
• Minimum of two years of professional esthetics experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, professional products, treatment planning, and home-care regimens
• Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and advanced aesthetic treatments is preferred
• Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending products, packages, and treatment plans
• Strong consultation, communication, and customer-service skills
• Professional, polished, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport and create a warm, luxury-level patient experience
• Comfortable being photographed or appearing in educational and promotional social media content
• Able to work independently while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
• Willing to work occasional evenings, Saturdays, or special events as scheduled
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required
