Job description

Real Estate Associate - Junior to Midlevel - Seattle, Bellevue, or PortlandThe Real Property Practice Group seeks a transactional real estate associate attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience with commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisitions and sales, dispositions, commercial leasing, real property secured financing, real estate joint ventures and land development projects. Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in lender-side real estate financing is preferred. Candidates should have strong title, survey and related real estate due diligence experience, a track record of responsibility for closing deals, and an ability to work with our paralegals and team members located in other offices. Candidates should have prior law firm experience and a commitment to working in that environment.
This is a great opportunity for a confident, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to handle matters independently and a desire to assist our client teams in more complex transactions. Applicants should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as have the ability to handle significant individual responsibilities for more than one supervising attorney.
