Responsibilities
• Advise clients regarding Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning
• Develop and implement Medicaid planning and asset protection strategies
• Handle Medicaid applications, appeals, and related planning matters
• Counsel families through crisis planning situations and long-term care decisions
• Draft estate planning documents and related planning tools
• Assist clients with trust administration and probate matters
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Indiana
