Job description

Techwise Integrated Security is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and positive Personal Assistant to support one of the company's management in both business and personal capacities. This role combines janitorial and administrative support at our office, assistance with investment properties on a as-needed basis, and personal household support tasks. This position is ideal for someone organized, dependable, flexible, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Techwise Integrated Security (W-2 or 1099)
    • Deep cleaning/janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
    • Assist with shop organization and administrative support tasks
    • Run company errands
    • Support general administrative and organizational needs
  • Investment Properties (1099 – As Needed)
    • Clean rental properties between tenants
    • Assist with property-related tasks when scheduling demands require additional help
  • Personal Assistant Duties (1099 – Private Employment)
    • House cleaning and household organization
    • Pet care - large, friendly dogs
    • Personal shopping and errands
    • Miscellaneous personal assistance tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Highly trustworthy and dependable
