Job description

NOW HIRING — REAL ESTATE AGENT

You’re Closing Deals. Just Not Enough of Them.

Jana Adams Associates | LPT Realty | Sonoma County, CA

You have your license. You’ve closed a deal or two — maybe five. You know you’re capable of more. But without a clear system, consistent leads, and people around you who actually know what they’re doing, it’s hard to build any momentum.

That’s exactly who we’re looking for.

Jana Adams Associates is a Sonoma County team within LPT Realty. We specialize in senior and family housing transitions, and we’ve grown from two agents to six in the past 6 months because we have a system that works. We’re adding one agent who’s ready to plug in and grow.

What You’ll Get

• Leads that come to you. We generate a consistent pipeline of buyer and seller leads. You won’t be cold calling strangers or farming neighborhoods on your own dime from day one.

• A real playbook. Our systems, scripts, and processes are built and tested. You’ll follow a proven path rather than figure it out alone.

• Direct coaching. You’ll have access to leadership who will work with you one-on-one and have access to coaching from nationally ranked team leaders who share openly with our team, it is not a training video library you’ll never watch.

• Transaction support. We handle the back-office paperwork so you can stay in front of clients.

• A team that actually collaborates. Weekly check-ins, shared knowledge, and agents who root for each other.

This Is the Right Fit If You’re…

• Licensed and have closed at least one transaction

• Closing 1–5 deals a year and know you can do more with the right structure

• Coachable so you can follow a system without needing to reinvent it

• Self-motivated once you have direction and you don’t need someone standing over you

• Accountable to yourself and honest when something isn’t working

• Ready to be part of a team, not just share an office

• Someone who shows up, follows through, and takes the long view

This Isn’t the Right Fit If You’re…

• Looking for a place to coast

• Not willing to learn or adapt

• Only interested in part-time or occasional work

• Planning to build a solo brand rather than contribute to a team

What You’ll Do Day to Day

• Follow up on inbound leads using our CRM and contact system

• Conduct buyer and seller consultations

• Host open houses and show properties

• Manage transactions from contract to close with team support

• Attend weekly team meetings and participate in coaching sessions

• Build your pipeline within the team’s established systems

The Details

Job type: Full-time | Commission-based

Compensation: $48,000 – $196,000/year depending on production

Schedule: Flexible and self-directed, with team commitments

Location: Sonoma County, CA (Hybrid/in-person)

Requirements: Active California real estate license

Ready to Apply?

Tell us where you are in your career, how many deals you’ve closed, and what you’re looking for in a team.

No cover letters required. Just be honest.
