Colton Bickle State Farm is looking for a friendly, motivated Licensed, and Experienced State Farm Team members to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, speaking with customers, and want to build a long-term career, this could be the perfect fit for you.

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Answer questions and assist with policy updates
  • Speak with clients in both English and Spanish (optional)
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance coverage when appropriate
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they feel supported
  • Keep accurate notes and customer records in our system
  • Participate in training and team meetings to grow your skills
