Position Overview

The Warehouse Restocking Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels by moving finished goods from production into designated picking shelves and storage areas. This role supports order fulfillment by ensuring products are properly organized, accessible, and updated within internal tracking systems. The position requires consistent physical activity and attention to detail when handling inventory. This role works closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer finished goods from production areas to picking shelves and storage locations

  • Restock inventory in an organized and consistent manner

  • Update inventory records and tracking logs using Excel

  • Verify product quantities and ensure accuracy during restocking

  • Maintain clean and organized storage and picking areas

  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to support workflow

  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies or issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments

  • Basic computer skills with the ability to update and manage Excel spreadsheets

  • Ability to lift and move boxes throughout the shift

  • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail and organization


Preferred:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Experience with inventory management or stockroom organization
