Job description

Position: Mazak CNC Machinist
Pay: $34.00 - $36.00/hour
Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 pm - 4:30 am
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Mazak CNC Machinist to start IMMEDIATELY at $34-$36/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, program, and operate Mazak INTEGREX multi-tasking machines with Mazatrol
  • Work with Haas vertical and horizontal mills, and Haas lathes
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, and specifications for machining
  • Use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Adjust, calibrate, and troubleshoot CNC machines
  • Confer with engineers and production teams to resolve machining issues
  • Perform minor maintenance on CNC equipment
  • Maintain safe and efficient machine operation during shift
  • Work independently and potentially lead teams or supervise tasks

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Mazak Intergrex and Mazatrol programming
  • Knowledge of Smooth AI interface
  • Familiarity with Esprit programming software
  • Experience operating Haas mills and lathes
  • Skilled in reading blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings
  • Proficient with precision measuring tools
  • Ability to set up, program, and run CNC machines efficiently
  • Strong understanding of machining principles, tolerances, and fixture setup
  • Ability to adjust machine controls and perform minor maintenance
  • Team leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Skills:
  • CNC machining expertise
  • Mazak INTEGREX and Mazatrol familiarity
