Job Description

 We are looking for a super self-motivated, highly proactive and very detailed oriented project manager who is constantly looking to grow, improve him/herself, and get things done every day, and be accountable. The key responsibilities listed for this position include basic skills a project management intern must possess but you will also be tasked with assignments you are unfamiliar with. You will be working directly with the CEO and our other departments to help manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize our internal workload in order to have deadlines met. 

To thrive in this role, you'll need to work independently, communicate well, and be organized. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a great attitude to be a major contributor to our growth. FRSH is seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working as part of a connected team.  

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Work across departments to ensure targets and goals are being met

  • Ensure clients' demands are satisfied; ask for their feedback and provide feedback to team to enhance the quality of future service.

  • Assist with the review of all major deliverables (i.e. briefs, decks, proposals, SOWs, tech specs, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

  • Assist and work closely with other internal teams in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.

  • An in-depth understanding of company capabilities and services and effective communication of all offerings to clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous project management experience is a plus

  • Quick learner and exceptional listening skills 

  • Passion and interest in Digital, Social and Mobile Media 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • Attention to detail, efficient work ethic, and ability to synthesize excessive market data on a daily basis 
  • Strong people skills, relationship management skills and ability to effectively communicate with clientele on a daily basis 
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects 
  • Proficient knowledge in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This is an unpaid internship to start, semester-long internship with opportunity for hire or bonus payments, stipend, etc We offer a flexible schedule of 3-5 days/week, minimum 23 hours. Candidates can receive college credit for the internship. Qualified graduates will be considered for a full-time position upon completion of a set period of time to start.
