Escrow processors help the buyer and seller fill out the proper paperwork and double check all contracts and legal documents related to the closing, such as home title, deed transfers, and liens associated with the property. You also hold onto the money that is changing hands and ensure that it remains secured until all the legal work is complete.

Escrow Processors often encounter challenges such as managing tight closing deadlines, coordinating between multiple parties (buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders), and ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with regulations.
