CENTRAL TITLE DIVISION
Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our escrow office. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for clients, vendors, and visitors while providing reliable administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and great customer service matter, this could be a great fit for you.
Location: This position is a fully in-person opportunity based out of our Mansfield, TX office location. Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST.
What You'll Do
As the Receptionist, you'll be at the center of our daily office operations:
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Answer and route multi-line phone calls efficiently and accurately
  • Open new escrow orders and support basic transaction intake processes
  • Process escrow funds and ensure receipts are distributed appropriately
  • Maintain organized electronic files by uploading and categorizing documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx and courier packages
  • Support daily banking preparation for the branch following established procedures
  • Keep the lobby and conference rooms neat, organized, and client-ready
  • Provide general administrative support including emails, letters, and correspondence
  • Assist with special projects and team initiatives as needed
