Westminster Title Agency, a Toll Brothers company, is seeking an Escrow Operations Manager to join our title and settlement office in Grapevine, Texas.
What is the opportunity?
Escrow Operations Managers are responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and leading the management structure and operational teams necessary to support the efficient execution of escrow and closing activities within the region. They oversee workflow distribution, staffing levels, productivity, service quality, and operational performance to ensure transactions progress efficiently and in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
Escrow Operations Managers provide leadership, guidance, and escalation support throughout the closing process, proactively addressing operational challenges, removing obstacles, and ensuring effective coordination among internal teams and external parties. While their primary responsibility is the management and oversight of escrow operations, they may, as business needs require, assist with or perform escrow functions, including communication with transaction parties, preparation and review of closing documents, preparation of Closing Statements (HUD/CD), coordination with lenders, attorneys, buyers and sellers, conducting closings as permitted by local custom and applicable law, and overseeing post-closing activities, including disbursement, balancing, and file completion.
This position is on-site 5 days per week.

  • Recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of escrow staff
  • Oversight of workflow, productivity, service levels, and transaction quality
  • Communication and coordination with parties to facilitate successful closings and resolve escalated issues
  • Oversight of closing document preparation, disbursement, and post-closing activities
  • Conduct closings and perform escrow functions as needed to support operational demands
  • Clearance and resolution of complex transaction issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven record of accomplishment of managing complex processes with diverse groups of stakeholders

Do you have these qualifications?
  • Essential:
    • Extensive knowledge of title and settlement/escrow industry practices, laws, and regulations
    • At least 5 years of previous related experience in title and settlement/escrow supervision
    • Necessary title and escrow licenses/certifications required by State and Federal regulations
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's Degree and at least 7 years work related experience
