WHAT YOU'LL DO

Enterprise Systems

  • Serve as technical owner of core business platforms across their full lifecycle

  • Translate operations, finance, HR and fleet workflows into scalable system design
  • Define and enforce data governance: naming standards, master data and lifecycle policies

Data Layer & Integrations

  • Build and maintain a centralized data layer consolidating sources across the enterprise
  • Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to move and transform data across platforms
  • Architect integrations between core systems and third-party platforms via REST APIs or iPaaS middleware
  • Implement data quality monitoring and validation controls across all pipelines
  • Drive data readiness across business units to support system transformation initiatives

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own the enterprise Power BI environment and reporting structure
  • Partner with leadership to align dashboards to real operational workflows
  • Establish a reliable, well-documented analytics foundation for the business
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 7+ years in enterprise systems architecture, data engineering, or platform ownership roles
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise system implementations or modernization programs end-to-end
  • Strong SQL and hands-on ETL/ELT experience (SSIS, Talend, Informatica, or similar)
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data lake architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Experience designing integrations via REST APIs, SOAP, or iPaaS middleware
  • Power BI or comparable enterprise BI experience
  • Comfortable in complex, multi-entity, multi-location business environments
  • Clear, confident communicator — able to translate technical decisions for executive audiences

NICE TO HAVE

  • Background in construction, heavy equipment, or other asset-intensive industries
  • Experience with ERP data models in multi-site, multi-entity environments
  • Exposure to master data management, metadata management, or data lineage tooling
  • Experience with event streaming or change data capture (CDC) patterns
