Nous cherchons un Consultant Audit et organisation de projet ERP ,

Votre mission principale sera d'accompagner notre client a Valleyfield dans ses projets de transformation et de modernisation des processus metiers strategiques.

  • Audit et Diagnostic : Analyse de l'existant, identification des dysfonctionnements, et evaluation des besoins fonctionnels et techniques.
  • Identifier les besoins metiers via un cahier des charges, impliquer les utilisateurs finaux, evaluer les solutions / Selection du partenaire/integrateur.
  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins metiers en lien avec l'ERP .
  • Participer au parametrage, a la personnalisation et a la configuration de la solution.
  • Contribuer aux phases de deploiement et d'implementation.
  • Assurer le suivi complet des projets, de l'initialisation a la cloture, en coordination avec l'integrateur de la solution ERP.
  • Rediger les specifications fonctionnelles et techniques ainsi que la documentation utilisateur.
  • Former et accompagner les utilisateurs finaux afin de garantir une adoption optimale de l'outil.
  • Fournir un support de niveaux 2 et 3 et intervenir dans la resolution des incidents techniques et fonctionnels.
  • Identifier et mettre en uvre des axes d'amelioration continue pour optimiser les processus metiers et l'usage de l'ERP .

  • Dossiers de cadrage et parametrage.
  • Plans de tests, PV de recette.
  • Guides utilisateurs et supports de formation.
  • Tableaux de bord ....

Competences techniques :

  • Bonne comprehension des processus metiers (Construction , Industrie manufacturiere , supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Capacite a challenger les besoins metier et a proposer des solutions pertinentes.
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation et rigueur.
  • Tres bon relationnel et capacite a animer des equipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Sens du service client, proactivite et capacite d'anticipation.
  • Aisance a l'oral et a l'ecrit (francais obligatoire, anglais souhaite)
